Container-based Programmable Power Supply Solutions: A Powerful Tool for Expanding Laboratory Space

Publish Time: 20 / 12 / 2024

Insufficient space often stands as a major obstacle to laboratory construction and development. Traditional laboratory layouts and equipment configurations are frequently constrained by site conditions, making it difficult for them to meet the ever-growing testing demands. Container-based power supply solutions, with their innovative design concepts, provide an efficient, flexible, and economical answer to the problem of inadequate laboratory space, bringing fresh ideas and new possibilities to laboratory construction.

The CA2000/CD2000 series of container-based programmable power supplies launched by Kewell represents an innovative power supply solution that integrates power equipment within standard containers. It not only meets the testing requirements for various products and operating conditions throughout the life cycle, but also offers scalability to maximize space utilization. Additionally, such solutions boast rapid deployment, good mobility, and a stable power supply for various types of testing.

Advantages:

Good Adaptability: The container-based power supply solutions meet the IP65 rating, with protective capabilities such as corrosion resistance, waterproof, and dustproof. These solutions can adapt to various terrains and climatic conditions, facing environmental challenges with confidence.

Rapid Deployment: The container-based design allows for quick deployment outdoors, saving you from cumbersome procedures for building permits and significantly shortening the construction period.

Integrated Design: The internal integration of switch cabinets and various testing systems enables automated and integrated testing, reducing the complexity of equipment connections and improving testing efficiency and accuracy.

Cost Reduction: The power supplies within the container adopt a high-frequency modular design, featuring high efficiency and high-power density. This reduces both the construction and operational costs of the container, enhancing the cost-effectiveness of the project.

Customized Product Services: Providing customized options for protective capabilities, container dimensions, specifications, and more, to precisely meet the individual needs of customers.

Well-equipped Configuration: The CA2000/CD2000 series container-based test systems are equipped with cooling system, power distribution system, lighting system, fire-fighting system, alarm system, and optional monitoring system, effectively ensuring stable operation of the equipment and safeguarding the safety of personnel and equipment.
