    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Sales support: Understand the company’s products and technical solutions in an in-depth manner, work with local representatives for technical communication with and visits to customers;

    2. Local representative management: Communicate with local representatives, see to the achievement of sales goals and the development of monthly reports; organize training on product knowledge and application.

    3. Marketing: Participate in trade fairs and forums; organize local representative to hold product release; collect market information on new industries of potential interest.

    4. Project management: Complete order production and shipment process with local representatives; follow up on, coordinate, and offer feedback on order schedule; assist customers in solving after-sales problems.

    5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders/supervisors.




    FAE Engineer

    Knowledge and Skills:

    1. Bachelor's degree and above; （majors: power electronics, automation, electrical engineering, fuel cells, energy and power engineering, refrigeration, heat transfer, hydrogen energy, chemical process and engineering, vehicle engineering, new energy science and engineering, process equipment and control, measurement and control technology and instrumentation, materials, new energy materials and devices, turbine engineering, and other related majors)

    2. More than 2 years’ work experience

    3. Familiar with PV, energy storage, charging, EV, and fuel cell industries, those with experience in the above industries are preferred

    4. Excellent communication skills, adaptable, positive, outgoing, and a good team player

    5. CET6 and above, good at English speaking and writing, those who can use English as the working language are preferred

    6. Accept regular business travel

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Analyze the applications overseas, develop solutions based on the characteristics, standards and regulations in overseas markets. 

    2. Assist managers in communicating overseas customer needs. 

    3. Respond to routine technical questions, exchange technical information and explain technical solutions to local representatives and customers; responsible for regularly training local representatives. 

    4. Answer technical questions from customers, form standardized solutions and materials, advise on product improvements, optimization and updates. 

    5. Respond rapidly to customers’ technical/document requirements, support both pre-sales and after-sales services.
