FCTS-S Series aims to provide an accurate, reliable and convenient test platform for fuel cell stacks. The system mainly consists of gas flow and pressure control unit, gas temperature and humidity control unit, thermal management system, safety protection unit, the electronic load, and cell voltage monitoring unit. Online data monitoring and processing by the test platform enables analysis of the performance, service life, reliability and safety of the stack under test. It is applicable to the R&D, calibration and EOL testing of fuel cell stacks.

Communication protocol
    • In line with relevant test standards such as US DOE and JlS C8832.
    • High-accuracy control of fuel inlet flow (±(0.8%Rdg+0.2%f.S.)), pressure (±1kPa), temperature (±1°C), and dewpoint (±1°C), precise adjustment of coolant flow (1%F.S.)/temperature (±1°C), automatic water make-up and venting, and highly-integrated measurement, control, and safety protection.
    • Hardware protection: source pressure monitoring, insulation monitoring, hydrogen leakage, temperature abnormality, manual emergency stop, emergency venting, and independent safety unit.
    • Software protection: heartbeat monitoring, automatic processing of three-level safety alarms, etc.
