The stack adopts the integrated manufacturing technique of injection molding, which simplifies its structure and optimizes the overall assembly solution while maintaining the performance of the stack. . The 150kW stack test system, on the other hand, was independently developed by Kewell. It was designed to provide a stable test platform for fuel cell stack. At the site of CAIC, the stack test system had successfully helped its test object to reach to 120kW for the first run, with peak power as much as 140kW. The testing was smooth with normal control over the water temperature.
